Lychee (GF, Vegetarian)

White chocolate mousse with raspberry lychee gel centre, coated with chocolate cocoa nibs, chocolate velvet spray, handmade edible chocolate stem.

Ingredients:

Milk, cream, chocolate, sugar, lychee puree, raspberry, cocoa nibs, natural food colouring, cocoa butter, eggs.

Orange (GF, Vegetarian)

Fresh orange mousse filled with a layer of orange jelly, chocolate ganache, and coated with chocolate crunchy shell. 

Ingredients:

Milk, cream, eggs, sugar, agar agar, chocolate, orange, cocoa butter, natural food colouring.

Mango (GF, Vegetarian)

Chocolate mousse with fresh mango jelly layer, covered with chocolate shell and decorate with handmade chocolate stem.

Ingredients:

Milk, cream, eggs, sugar, agar agar, chocolate, mango, cocoa butter, natural food colouring.

Chocolate strawberry tart

Handmade chocolate tart filled with chocolate ganache, light strawberry mousse with strawberry glaze and decorate with handmade chocolate flower.

Ingredients:

Flour, gelatine, milk, cream, eggs, chocolate, strawberry, pectin nh, desiccated coconut, butter, sugar, cocoa powder.

All cakes are made in a kitchen which handles nuts, wheat.

Storage instructions:

Keep in fridge at all times.

Best to serve within 2 days
